Assist with the day to day provision of Information Technology support / help to dedicated locations / divisions within the Company, ensuring the reliability of current hardware and communications links / systems.
Qualifications
- Min MCP, MCSA/MCSE preferred
- Good knowledge of Windows NT/2K/XP/2003 operating systems & Microsoft networking and office application software
- Strong working knowledge and experience in installation and troubleshooting common computer hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & computer literate
- Proactive, willing to travel locally in Indonesia
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
- Min 2 years relevant working experience with college diploma or university degree majoring in computer sciences
