Promotion Supervisor
For Locations:
(Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Batam, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Makasar, Manado, Banjarmasin, & Balikpapan)
Job Responsibilities :
Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
Implementing trade and consumer promotions
Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
Planning the frequency of promotion
Responsible for trade promotion
Responsible for consumer promotion
Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion
Requirements :
Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
Having 5 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or consumer product
Having experience in "below the line" activities like : channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion dan event promotion
Having knowledge about industry, product, and market charatheristic
Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
Strong analytical thinking
Proactive and energetic
Result oriented
Able to work independently as well as a team player
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
Literate in computer
Sales Supervisor
For Locations:
(Medan, Pekanbaru, Batam, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Makasar, Manado, Banjarmasin, & Balikpapan)
Job Responsibilities :
Developing and implementing sales program (below the line activities) to reach objective targets
Responsible for the product spreading to the level of retailers levels
Analyze the existing channels, and review for their development
Requirements :
Male / Female
Degree from reputable universities
Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level with exposures in distribution management and area monitoring.
Preferably from telecommunication and consumer goods background.
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
Familiar with pressure of high target environment
