URGENTLY REQUIRED

PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:

 
1.   CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERINTENDENT (CIS-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
Male, age max. 40 years old.
Min. D3 Technic Civil/Machine
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
2.  CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT (CIS-ASST)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
·         Male, age max. 35 years old.

·         Min. D3 Technic Civil/Machine

·         Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

 
3.   COST CONTROLLER (CC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle project costing, inventory control, budget, management report, monitor all cost activities and Identify and report trends in the project financial performance with strong computer, communication skill & Leadership.

Requirements:
·         Age max. 35 years old.

·         Min. Degree in Accounting/Finance.

Minimum 3 years experienced as Cost Controller in Forestry & Manufacturing Industry.
·         Familiar in SAP system.

·         Good Communication in English both oral and written (Mandarin skills is preferred)
 
4.   TAX SUPERVISOR (T-SPV)
The successful candidate will be handle all tax activities such as plan and monitor the calculation and payment of all taxes also prepare annual income tax and PPh.
Requirements:
Age max. 30 years old.
§         Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax.
§         Minimum 3 years experience in the same positions.
§         Good skills in Accounting, Tax, Reporting, computer and SAP software.
§         Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
§         Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership.
§         Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)
 

5.   EXPEDITER (ET)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Logistic System, delivery, transportation, Inventory and store for Chip Mill Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Truck Vehicle (TR) Etc. with strong computer, negotiation & communication skill and having good relation with Logistic Company.
Requirements:
Age Max. 35 years old,
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Having knowledge of Master List and Local Contents.
Experience in expediting materials.
Must be willing to travel and be assigned to site.
 

6.  HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS OFFICER (HRD&GA-OFC)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Human Resources Management and General Affairs, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration, canteen, mess hall etc. with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
·         Age max. 35 years old.

·         Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University

·         Minimum of 3 years experience as HRD&GA Officer, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.

·         Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.

 

7.      PLANNING ASSISTANT (PN-ASST)

The ideal candidate will be understanding in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.
Requirements:

·         Age, maximum 30 years old.

·         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Geography or Forestry.

·         Understand to operate GPS & Arc GIS.

·         Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.

 

8.      TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (TDM)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Human Resources Management to develop employee's knowledge and technical & soft skill, management concept & program, training module & training program, Performance Measurement, and KPI Scorecard Training, coordinate internal & external benchmarking program with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
·         Minimum S1 in Forestry/Agronomy/Psychology/Human Resources/Technic Machine or related.
·         Minimum 2 years experience as Training Manager in Manufacturing, Forestry, Palm Oil, Chip Mill or Heavy Equipment.
·         Experience working in Forestry/Chip Mill/Pulp Mill industry.
·         Age max. 40 years old
 

9.   WORKSHOP MECHANIC– HE & TR (MECH)
The ideal candidate will be familiar in Heavy Equipment (HE) & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with good computer.
Requirement:
·         Minimum SMK Machine/Electric.

·         Male, age max. 35 years old.

·         Minimum 4 year experience as HE & TR Mechanic.
 
10.   MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR (MECH- ADM)
The ideal candidate will be familiar in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle Engineer with strong computer and analysis of working hour Machine.
Requirement:
·         Male, Age max. 30 years old.

·         Minimum Diploma Technic Machine/Electric.

·         Minimum of 2 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Administrator.

 
11. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – HE & TR (MHETR-SPV)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
Requirement:
·         Male, age max. 40 years old.

·         Minimum of 3 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Supervisor.

12.  ESTATE/CAMP MANAGER (EC-MGR)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plantation (HTI), Heavy Equipment & Estate/Camp Operation based on Production, Harvesting & Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirement:
¨       Male, age maximum 40 years old.

¨       Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.

¨       Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

13.  SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL-ASKEP)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employee Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:

¨       Male, age max. 35 years old.

¨       Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university.

¨       Good relation with government & other social entities.

¨       Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

 
14.  PLANTATION ASSISTANT (PLT-ASST)
The ideal candidates will an experienced in planting system of Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:
¨       Male/Female, Age max. 30 years old.

¨       Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.

¨       Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

 
15.  HARVESTING ASSISTANT (HVT-ASST)
The ideal candidates will an experienced in harvesting system of Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:
¨       Male/Female, Age max. 30 years old.

¨       Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Civil/Technical Machine or related.

¨       Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

 

General Requirements:
§         English and computer literacy are a must.

§         High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality

§         Willing to work at Balikpapan, Site Forestry PPU Kaltim or Malinau Kaltara.
